Apply to local organizing efforts at social democracy (housing, education, healthcare…etc).
The quest to understand physical reality thru General and Special Relativity called to mind the quest to understand human social phenomena, such as how nonviolent social movements threaten political and economic power structures.
As you know, my point has been that seeking unity or justice based on skin color or racial identity in opposition to racism is elusive; and that progress can come more so from making changes to political and economic systems than from seeking a Black version of that exploitative system.
It seems white people didn’t seek their unity as such, but instead an economic system based on creating wealth thru enslaved and otherwise exploited labor incentivized racism and punished multiracial solidarity and offered psychological compensation to exploited whites some of whom committed racist terrorism and other racist atrocities.
That same economic system depended on immigrant groups participating in racism as a requirement of assimilation.
The system of racist capitalism hasn’t allowed widespread Black wealth accumulation
The current system doesn’t depend on excluding all Black folk from the ranks of millionaires and billionaires.
Instead it continues to depend on racism as a major way to prevent class solidarity against the current exploitation of labor and looting of the commons in order to amass extreme wealth.
