Jake Hansen said he found out about the protest from the Central Ohio Peace Network. He found that website after searching online for information about anti-war activism in Columbus, after he saw some people protesting at High Street and Route 161.
Eighteen people gathered at the corner of High Street and King Avenue in the Short North. Terasia Bradford led the group into the produce section where they chanted as shoppers stared or smirked and two managers stopped Bradford by blocking the shopping cart she was pushing.
