After reading an article in Edible Columbus by one of the owners of Figlio in Grandview (and Upper Arlington), it get the sense that I ought to compile a list of restaurants at which to apply for work as a waiter. I intend to make taking on a new waiter job as a step in the direction of more closely connecting how I pay my bills with my values in terms of living in a way that is more compassionate, socially just, and ecologically sustainable.
Another place may be Latitude located near Gay Street downtown.
Another aspect of making some money may be to write for local publications such as 614 Magazine, Edible Columbus, and some of the newspapers, and perhaps some national magazines that focus on issues I care about.

I am trying to think of many possible approaches. One approach would be to move in to my mom’s house where my sister and my nephew live. An way to do this approach would be to sell my car. That way, I would have no rent to pay and no car payment or car insurance to pay with a combined savings of $700 per month.
I intend to do a good job of completing my current FSRN feature, and then applying my intelligence to the process of addressing my livelihood issues.
