Numerous, widely dispersed smaller actions likely would be more effective than a one or a few big marches and rallies, said Columbus Activist 9 Tails, though he said it’s not necessarily a matter of having one or the other.
“The cops and the military can deal with mass rallies that take place in one spot,” said 9 Tails. “But if you got 50 people at 50 sites or more, it’d be impossible for them to deal with it.”
